DESCRIPTION:INTERLAKE CONNECTIONS PRESENTS: Navigating Substitute Decision-Making and the Public Guardian’s Role with Melissa Schofield! \nJoin us for an informative session with Melissa Schofield that provides an overview of Substitute Decision-Making (SDM)\, including how to recognize when an SDM may be needed\, the application process\, and the rules\, roles\, and responsibilities of acting as a Substitute Decision-Maker.
