Registry Record Checks:
A clear criminal record/child abuse and adult abuse registry check are required to be employed.

DAY PROGRAM Positions Available- Selkirk and Teulon Locations
Support Worker
The successful candidates will provide support to adults with disabilities attending Inclusion Selkirk’s Day Program. Duties can include supporting people during day trips, recreational opportunities, and employment skills, encouraging social interactions and assisting with everyday activities.
RESIDENTIAL Positions Available
Support Worker
Provide support to adults with disabilities as needed in their home. Under the direction of your supervisor, you will encourage and support residents to participate in the activities and duties of their home and community, developing and maintaining relationships and support at social events of their choice.
Team Leader
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a residential home(s). Responsibilities include training staff, providing day-to-day mentorship, guidance and feedback, while performing administrative and financial responsibilities to ensure we are compliant with Residential Care Licensing, CldS policies and procedures, and fire safety regulations. Ensuring a high quality of life for individuals served based on personal outcome measures is a significant responsibility that involves overseeing the implementation and follow through of person-centered services that are in line with the Adults Living with an Intellectual Disability Act and the organizations mission, vision and values.
Residential Coordinator
The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the designated residential program areas, meeting the mission, vision, and values of Inclusion Selkirk. Ensuring person centered, outcome oriented services for individuals is a significant responsibility of this role. The position is responsible for guiding and developing staff teams, evaluating their performance and dealing with all employee relations and disciplinary issues. This position is actively involved in program planning, administration, and evaluation. This position supports the Team Leaders through on call situations and/ or crises.
